枸杞山药粥 药膳
1. 白米煮粥,待粥熟后转文火加入洗净泡软的枸桤子。
2. 山药削皮切滚刀块,加入粥中,煮开后盖锅盖转小火焖煮十分钟,即成。
喜甜者可在食用前加蜂蜜调味。
