鲫鱼炖豆腐 家常
1. 鲫鱼洗净擦干,入油锅中煎至两面金黄,倒入开水,大火煮开。
2. 加盐、白胡椒粉、料酒、姜片葱段,中火炖煮。要一直保持沸腾状态才能煮出乳白色的汤。
3. 加入豆腐,调味,转入烧锅中,上桌,慢炖。民间俗语说千炖豆腐万炖鱼,越炖越好吃。
