排骨萝卜煲 家常
1. 排骨斩块之后飞水,撇去浮沫,加葱姜料酒、盐,转小火焖煮三小时左右。
2. 白萝卜削皮,切成滚刀块,放入排骨汤中烧开后转中火焖半小时左右。
3. 上桌前加白胡椒粉和味精调味,还可撒些香葱香菜。
