蟹肉鲍汁菇炒白菜 家常
1. 白菜取菜帮部分,片刀方法切斜片。人造蟹肉切斜块,罐头鲍汁菇片成薄片。
2. 爆香葱花,放入白菜翻炒一两分钟,加入菇片和汤汁翻炒两三分钟,放白胡椒粉和料酒,酌量添盐(鲍汁偏咸)。
3. 最后加入蟹肉稍微翻炒,出锅装盘。
