酸菜鱼冻豆腐煲 川菜
1. 冻豆腐和淡水鲶鱼片化冻,切成适当块片。
2. 推荐成都白家酸菜鱼调料包
3. 鱼片用料酒和拌鱼调料拌匀,腌五分钟。
4. 烧锅中加水,加入冻豆腐、酸菜料和调味料,煮开。
5. 滑入鱼片,用筷子拨散,盖锅盖文火焖十分钟,即成,转烧锅架上小火保持温度。
先食鱼片,后可向汤中续加嫩豆腐、白菜、粉条等,如同火锅。
