烤羊肉串 小吃
1. 羊肉切片,加白酒、盐、姜粉抓匀,腌制半小时。
2. 将羊肉片均匀串在竹签上,放入预热180度的烤箱中烤十分钟。
3. 取出刷油,撒辣椒粉和孜然,回炉再烤五分钟,即可。
