豪华版疙瘩汤 家常
1. 少许面粉放入大碗中,逐滴加入冷水,一边加水一边用筷子迅速搅拌,使面粉团成小疙瘩。
2. 锅里加适量水,烧开,拨入面疙瘩,搅拌煮开。
3. 加入嫩豆腐和木耳,用盐、白胡椒粉、鸡精调味,小火煮几分钟。
4. 打入蛋花搅匀,加香葱和香油出锅。
疙瘩汤适合在胃口不佳或肠胃功能差的时候食用。
