龙虾五吃之三 奶酪烤龙虾
把龙虾身体对半剖开,把虾肉掏出来切成丁,和洋葱末、蒜泥、少许白胡椒粉混合均匀,重新填回虾壳里去。
撒橄榄油和奶酪粉。
烤箱事先预热到220度,把装龙虾的烤盘放进去,转200度上下火烤十分钟。直到奶酪表面发黄起泡。
取出来放进盘子里,拿生菜叶子装饰一下
