肉末酸豆角盖面
1. 盐、醋、酱油、糖、白胡椒粉、少许料酒、几滴香油、味精、葱花,放入碗中,加入开水冲汤。
2. 捞入面条,盖炒好的肉末酸豆角。(做法参见肉末酸豆角一文)
