南乳焖烤排 粤菜
1. 排骨顺肋间肌切开,斩成适当大小的段儿。
2. 料酒、腐乳和腐乳汁、生抽、白胡椒粉拌匀之后,均匀抹在排骨上,加入葱段姜片腌制过夜。
3. 将腌好的排骨放入摩洛哥烤罐之中,放入烤箱以160度下火烘烤2小时。
