清蒸鱼卷 粤菜
1.淡水鲶鱼鱼片化冻,平刀片成薄片,加料酒抹匀之后卷成鱼卷。
2.鱼卷放入盘中,撒上姜丝,放入蒸锅中大火蒸十分钟,关火后焖五分钟。
3.每个鱼卷上浇适量蚝油。
4.锅中烧少许热油,爆香葱花,滴入几滴香油,浇在鱼卷上。即成。
