蓑衣黄瓜 家常
1.黄瓜削皮,剖开,切成四条,去掉籽瓤。
2.黄瓜条侧放,切连刀,再切成适当大小的块。
3.撒入盐和少许糖,抓匀,静置十分钟。
4.加入一汤匙料酒、适量白胡椒粉、味精,再滴入少许香油,最后加入白醋,拌匀。
