苦瓜炒蛋 广西
1. 苦瓜洗干净,剖开,去籽,切成片。朝天椒切丝
2.蛋打散,倒入油锅中翻炒成型。出锅备用。
3.锅里放少量油,先将朝天椒放入炒出香味,放入葱花爆香,再倒入苦瓜片翻炒。
4.加盐(稍多,苦瓜咸一点才好吃)、白胡椒粉、少许白糖(可以另苦瓜后味儿回甜)、味精调味。
5.最后倒入炒好的蛋翻炒均匀,出锅。冷食热食均佳。
