菜饭 江浙
1.蒸出米粒稍硬的米饭。
2.广式香肠切片,青冈菜洗净切碎。
3.炒香葱花,放入香肠略为翻炒,加入青冈菜炒匀。
4.加盐(稍多)、白胡椒粉、味精调味。
5.倒入蒸好的米饭锅中拌匀,焖两三分钟即可。
