三鲜炒饭 家常
1.鸡蛋打散,倒入加热到温热的油中,用筷子迅速搅拌,直到形成均匀散碎的颗粒。
2.加入葱花和切成丁的腊肠以及碎米芽菜,翻炒出香味。
3.倒入剩米饭,转中火,用锅铲碾压翻炒让米粒尽量分散,与配料混合均匀。
4.加入白胡椒粉等调味料翻炒均匀,即成。
