豆渣面包 点心
1.豆渣掺入适量面粉、干酵母,揉匀成团,密闭静置发酵。
2.当面团体积膨胀到两倍大的时候,取出分剂,揉成小面包坯,放入刷油的深烤盘中。
3.盖保鲜膜静置二十分钟,进行二次发酵。面包坯上可以酌情撒干果或果仁。
4.烤箱预热到200度,放入面包坯后调至180度烘烤25分钟。
5.表面刷蛋液后回炉再于200度烘烤5分钟。
6.取出稍凉后,扣出。切片食用。
