醋溜圆白菜 家常
圆白菜又称卷心菜、洋白菜、包菜、莲花白,属于十字花科甘蓝属,学名是结球甘蓝。
1.白菜剥开洗净,切菱花片。
2.锅内放油,炒香炒天椒,加入葱花和圆白菜反炒。
3.加入一勺白醋,加盐、少许糖、白胡椒粉,炒匀。
4.加入一勺料酒,再用味精调味,出锅。
