板栗烧白菜 家常
1.白菜心顺长切开,用开水汆一两分钟,捞出沥干水分摆在盘底。
2.冷冻板栗化冻,人造蟹肉切成碎末。
3.锅里放少许油,加入板栗翻炒一两分钟,加入人造蟹肉和葱花,再炒一两分钟。
4.水淀粉勾薄芡,均匀地浇在白菜上即可。
