素什锦 江浙
1. 花生、白果、杏仁儿、口蘑、滑子菇、豆腐干、油豆腐、笋片、木耳、素肉、油面筋、腐竹等材料初步处理好,放入锅中炒一下。
2.加入酱油、五香调料、盐、糖、料酒等烹煮半小时,然后大火收汁,收入储藏盒等容器中放入冰箱。
因为要收汁,一开始不要放太多盐。
