槐花麦饭 小吃
1.槐花用清水冲洗一下,沥干水,放进盆中撒上面粉充分揉搓,直到每一朵槐花都沾了面粉成槐花面疙瘩。
2.把面疙瘩铺在笼布上蒸十五分钟,就是槐花麦饭了。
3.蒸好的麦饭冷食热食都很好,口感软糯味道清香。用油和葱花炒一炒就是炒麦饭,口感酥,后味甜香。
