红薯饼 小吃
1.拳头大的溏心红薯两个,糯米粉300克。
2.红薯放在笼屉中蒸熟,取出放凉,剥掉红薯皮后用勺子轻轻搅压便成为薯泥。
3.逐渐向薯泥中加糯米粉,用勺子搅拌,直到和成不沾手的面团。
4.取适当大小的薯泥面团,包入豆沙等馅料,拍成饼状。
5.可以将薯饼放入芝麻碗中沾上芝麻,也可以保持原味。
6.锅里放少量植物油,烧七成热的时候放入薯饼,用中火煎至两面金黄。
此点心应该在温热的时候吃,刚出锅烫嘴,放凉之后则变硬。
