响油芦笋 家常
1.芦笋削去根部硬皮,放入开水中焯一两分钟。水里加几滴油和少许盐可以让焯好的芦笋也能保持鲜艳的绿色。
2.待芦笋放凉之后,切成三四厘米的段儿,码在盘中。
3.料酒、生抽、糖、姜末、白胡椒粉放入锅中熬成浓淡适宜的调料汁,浇在芦笋上。或者用现成的蚝油。
4.锅中烧热一些植物油,加入几滴香油,下蒜泥炸到金黄色,爆香葱花,浇在芦笋上即可。
