蒜油四季豆 家常凉菜
1.嫩四季豆摘去筋丝,掐去两头。
2.四季豆放入开水中煮三五分钟,加几滴植物油和少许盐有助于保持豆角的翠绿色。
3.捞出用冷水冲凉,码盘,加一勺蚝油。
4.锅中烧热少许植物油,放葱花和蒜泥炒香,再滴几滴香油,浇在四季豆上即可。
