溜肝尖儿 家常菜
轩最近几个月练出来的拿手菜,遵医嘱为本贫血患者烹制补血佳品,特此致谢。
1. 新鲜猪肝(Migros四度冷柜有售)切片,千万不要过水冲洗。加入少许料酒、盐、生抽、味精抓匀,再加入干淀粉上浆。
2. 黄瓜切马蹄块后改刀象眼片,不要太薄。
3. 木耳水发,摘净待用。
4. 碗汁:葱姜蒜切片,加盐、醋、老抽(上色)、少许糖、白胡椒粉、干淀粉,拌匀。
5. 热锅凉油,溜入肝尖儿,炒至色变后,加入黄瓜片和木耳翻炒几分钟。
6. 兑入碗汁,翻炒均匀,起锅盛盘。
