咸蛋黄烧豆腐 淮扬
1. 豆腐切小块儿,加少量油下锅文火慢炒。
2. 加入青豆、蒜苗丁作点缀。
3. 加盐等调味料,最后放入切成丁的熟咸蛋黄和料酒翻炒均匀,出锅。
