自制魔芋
1. 魔芋粉50克,用少量冷水调匀,加入2.5升开水中。搅拌十五分钟左右,魔芋糊的颜色变深。
2. 5克碱用少许清水溶解,加入魔芋糊中,搅拌均匀。
3. 起锅,放凉。从锅中扣出凝结好的魔芋块,用刀切成适当大小的块儿,放入大锅开水中煮硬。
4. 泡在清水里并经常换水可以保存较长时间。
