杂合面包子 家常
1. 玉米粉和面粉以1:2的比例掺匀,加入酵母,用水和成面团,发酵至体积增大两倍。
2. 肉馅打水,加葱姜末和调味品,加入罐头玉米粒,搅拌均匀。
3. 面团切剂,擀成片,包入馅料,收口包成包子。
4. 水开后上笼蒸十五分钟,即成。
