自制海棠蜜饯果酱
1. 采摘海棠果,选择完整、无虫眼及疤痕的果子,去蒂,用小刀剜去海棠果眼儿,洗净。
2. 60克白糖,加入100克水,煮开至糖完全溶解,倒入海棠果,翻搅均匀。
3. 中火烧开,转小火焖煮,约半小时。
4. 关火后让果子在糖液中浸泡过夜。
5. 大火收汁直至自己觉得合适的程度,关火晾凉后连同糖汁装入干净瓶子保存。
