牛尾蔬菜浓汤 西餐
牛尾洗净,放入冷水中加热飞水,倒掉血沫水,将牛尾冲洗干净。
在锅里加入足够量的清水,放入牛尾,待水开后加入白酒、盐、姜片、葱结,加入十几粒花椒。
酌情放入当归、洋参、枸桤等,转中火慢炖两小时。
食用前加土豆块、洋葱、西芹、蕃茄煨炖半小时,用盐和胡椒粉调味。
