清炒南瓜
选择熟透的甜南瓜,去皮切块。
锅里放少许油,文火翻炒南瓜块,加盐和白胡椒粉调味。
盖上锅盖转小火,焖五到十分钟,直到南瓜绵软。
撒葱花,起锅装盘。
