粽子 端午时令传统小吃
煮过或经过热水浸泡的箬叶(即大竹叶)
对折成锥形
加入泡过夜的糯米
填入适当的馅料
盖上花生和糯米
先将竹叶内层折下,封口
再折叠外层竹叶,使封口严密
即成三角锥形的粽子
用绳子缠绕捆扎结实
打结
这就成了
