炒凉粉 小吃
凉粉做法参照之前菜谱。
1. 炒肉末,加姜末、料酒、酱油(生抽)、白胡椒粉等。
2. 撒青豆,倒入切成块儿的凉粉,加盐翻炒入味。
3. 加老干妈辣酱和花椒油,加味精调味儿,出锅。
