酸辣藕丁 湘菜
1. 莲藕洗净刮皮,切丁。西芹切丁作为配菜。
2. 文火炸酥花生米,下辣椒段和花椒炸香,爆葱花。
3. 倒入切好的莲藕丁和西芹丁,加一勺白醋,加盐、料酒和白胡椒粉等调味品,翻炒至熟,出锅。
