1. 烫面擀成很薄的大面片。
2. 将事先拌好的馅儿摊在面片上,卷起成长条。(通常是鸡蛋白菜猪肉馅儿)
3. 上笼蒸十五分钟,扣出切段。蘸蒜泥醋汁食用。
