烧腐竹结 江浙
1.腐竹结和花生仁放入温水中泡软,捞出沥干。
2.锅中加水烧开,倒入腐竹结和花生仁,加料酒、酱油(生抽)、白糖、白胡椒粉,转文火炖入味。
3.大火收汁,加少许味精和香油翻炒均匀,出锅。
