烤奶酪 Raclette
原味、蒜香、胡椒三种口味的Raclette奶酪,煮小土豆,酸黄瓜,腌芦笋,玉米笋,小胡瓜,橄榄油番茄干,熏肉片
烤化的奶酪浇在土豆等配菜上,即可食用。
云楠夫妇有情支援石板烧烤炉,特此鸣谢。
