2009轩与雪同庆生日 臊子面
肉臊:五花肉切一厘米见方的小丁,下锅干炒,直至金黄。加料酒、姜和水文火焖煮。
炒香葱花,加入臊子配料:胡萝卜丁、土豆丁、香菇丁、豆腐丁、海带片、黄花段、木耳、青豆等。倒入焖好的臊子,加盐、白胡椒粉等调味。
小菜:盐水鸭片、红油猪耳、糯米鱿鱼筒、醋溜银芽
臊子面
加醋和辣椒拌匀。
熊和雪买来的“乌龟店”的巧克力慕斯蛋糕。
