韭黄肉丝炒面 家常
鸡蛋炒好待用
日本乌冬面或日式拉面用温水泡开,捞出沥干。
肉丝炒好后加入拉面翻炒,用盐、白胡椒粉、料酒调味,最后加入韭黄和炒好的鸡蛋翻炒一两分钟即可。
