葱姜蟹
新鲜梭子蟹卸壳去鳃斩块,下锅用少许油翻炒几下,加姜片,烹入料酒,盖焖五分钟。
揭开锅盖撒葱段,再勾薄芡(我还加了些蒜泥,不喜可省略),翻炒收汁,装盘。
只要螃蟹新鲜,一粒盐都不用放,味道十分鲜甜

大聚会
葱爆海湾虾
刚从渔船上买回来的虾,剃去泥肠,用料酒和姜腌一下,随便用葱炒炒就很好吃。
清炒丝瓜
蒜香烤土豆
中等大小的红皮土豆,煮熟,每个切成四瓣,摆入烤盘中。
蒜泥加盐,加橄榄油,尽可能均匀地浇在土豆块上。
撒黑胡椒粉,再撒些切碎的sweet basil,烤箱400度烤至土豆表面金黄,约需20分钟。
