超市里购买的冷藏饼皮展开后拿小刀划开成等分的片,填入蛋挞模中
500毫升牛奶煮热,加入40克糖和两包香草糖搅拌溶化。离火放凉之后打入三只鸡蛋,用打蛋器打均匀。用细网过滤之后的蛋液浇入蛋挞模中
烤箱预热到350F,放入烤盘,烤20-25分钟即可。
放凉之后蛋液会收缩,外皮酥脆,蛋液口感细腻润滑。
