手抓饼 主食
250克面粉,10克黄油,一个鸡蛋,加水和成面团。
醒好的面团擀开成长方形薄片,刷一层黄油再刷一层植物油,两长边内折,在中线对齐。
刷一层黄油和一层植物油,再折一次。
翻过来沿中线对折,用手掌轻压,形成一个多层的细长条面片。
将面片从一端卷起,成陀螺形状,压扁后醒三五分钟,擀开成薄饼。
放入加油的平底锅中文火煎至两面金黄即可。
